    We always love Outback, this was our first visit to this one, and it was at the end of their day.. the waitress came back to inform us that they were out of my cut of steak, and later my wife's soup was cold. they DID replace the soup with fresh hot soup. and the wife's stead was free. Errors are understandable, i appreciate restaurants that are willing to *make things right* for errors.

    I’ve been here 3 times now and I will say the service and food are always superb. The wait times are great, the staff is amazing (Craig is honestly the best waiter out of anywhere I’ve ever been!! He’s so sweet, informative, and funny. Very charming personality.) our food always comes out in a timely manner, food is always hot, and steak is cooked just the way I ask for. No complaints whatsoever.

    Food was good. Too many workers walking around doing nothing. We had to get up and get our own menus. A "manager " ( wearing a purple top) walked by four times. Not a word, but asked the people next to us how they were. Usually my mixed drink is good. Not this time. ... Not paying for weak drinks again. The Outback in Macedonia is not what it use to be. Disappointed.

    Very disappointing experience here. I ordered a filet medium well to well. It came very red, almost medium rare. The server suggested they cook a bit longer and 15 to 20 minutes later brought out a whole new plate of food. The steak was smaller and not as thick. Sooo, apparently they cooked a whole new steak. The problem is that my husband had finished his whole meal and I had finished the potato and vegetable. Our whole dining experience was ruined. If they'd only done as promised and merely cooked the untouched steak a bit more, it would have been so much quicker. The steak was only cut in half to see if it was done the way it was ordered. The server suggested I cut into it to make sure. We should have had some kind of correction to the bill. A real bummer.

    Great food. Restroom ventilation hasn't worked in years and they are rarely clean. Empty your bladder before you arrive!
